While not all residence halls offer private or shared bathrooms for their residents, those students who are lucky enough to have them should maintain them and keep them well-decorated.

• Rack or storage basket for toiletries
  

While the idea of purchasing these items may seem tedious, it does present an extra opportunity to decorate and personalize your living area. Collaborate with your roommates and suitemates to decide how you want to decorate the bathroom.
